Welcome to The TreeHouse!
Who Are We?
The TreeHouse is a Parent Participation Preschool which provides opportunities for parents and children to grow together. Our goal is to create an environment for our children to play and learn where parents are not only welcome, but valued as a vital part of our children’s educational process. Parents and children alike can forge new friendships that will last for years and allow them to be a support to one another.
Who Can Attend?
All students at The TreeHouse must be at least three years old and potty trained. Our program was designed with the stay-at-home parent in mind, due to the co-operative nature of our school , but every effort will be made to accommodate a working parent that wants to be involved.
What Days and Times are Classes?
Our classes run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. Our three-day program (MWF) is a pre-k class and the student must be four to attend. Our two-day program (TTh) is open to three or four year olds.
How Much Is The Involved Parent Required to Work?
The school’s calendar is thirty-six weeks long. Out of those thiry-six weeks a parent will be required to teach for three weeks and aid for another three weeks. Sign-ups take place at the beginning of the school year. Occasionally, opportunities to work more and pay less or work less and pay more, are available.

What is Taught at the School?
Our curriculum is play-based. We strongly encourage hands-on learning, art projects, and discovery. We start and end the day with a circle time. We have an activity time which focuses on the theme and letter of the week. We also have a short snack time and a free-play time.
